Disneyland Trip 2010 ...

 Day 4 - Southern California

  First stop in the morning before we left the area ... 

   It was only a couple minutes from where we stayed the night. 

  We had to wait until 10:00 am when they opened.  It was well

  worth the wait and our 2 hour visit was not long enough but we

  had to keep heading south today.

  Photography was not allowed inside the museum but there were

  some great photo opportunities outside.

  Leaving San Francisco ... continue south.

  Keeping off the interstates and on two lane highways... 

  Starting to see oil ...

  ...and military.

  Down through a canyon towards the coast.

   Maybe we will come back here one day to camp on the edge of

  the Pacific Ocean.

  Ocean side and ocean view houses in the Malibu area were quite the

  sight but hard to take photos of as we drove by in the fading light.

  We made it to Anaheim and Disneyland that evening. 

  ... and our hotel is right across from the Disneyland entrance.
